Return Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction and accept returns or exchanges of our products within 30 days of delivery. Please review the conditions and instructions below for successful returns.

Return Authorization

Before returning or exchanging an item, you must contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed and will be returned to the customer at their expense. Clearly mark the RMA number on the return shipping box.

Return Conditions
  • All returned items must be in their original condition, showing no signs of wear, marks, dirt, or grease.
  • Products will be inspected upon return. If an item is not in its original condition, we cannot issue a refund or exchange, and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
  • All custom-made products carry a 15% return fee if the order is canceled after production has started, or if the item is returned after delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Non-U.S. Returns
  • Products shipped outside the United States are not eligible for return.
  • International orders may only be exchanged if a product is found to be defective.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Shipments returned as undeliverable or refused for any reason will be treated as refused items. To arrange for re-shipment, please contact us; additional shipping costs will apply.

Damaged Products

If a product is damaged during delivery, please file a claim directly with the carrier and save all original packaging for inspection. Contact us for further assistance.

Please allow 10-12 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
