At CarCoverPlanet, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping options, timelines, costs, and international orders. For custom items, please review our guidelines carefully to avoid any surprises.
Production and Shipping Times
All items are custom manufactured to order. Estimated production times vary by product type and are regularly updated on our Order Status page. Please allow for potential variations in production time for custom products like car covers, seat covers, and dash covers, as these items are made specifically to fit your vehicle.
Shipping Costs
- Continental United States: Free shipping on all orders.
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: $15 per item shipping cost.
- Alaska and Hawaii: $20 per item shipping cost.
Shipping Methods
- Within the Continental United States: Orders are typically shipped via FedEx.
- Alaska and Hawaii: Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: Shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please check for any size restrictions for APO/FPO destinations.
Custom Orders
Our custom car covers, seat covers, and dash covers are made-to-order to your specifications. Since these products are individually manufactured, please note:
- If you wish to cancel or modify a custom order after it has entered production, a 15% cancellation fee applies.
- For returns on custom items, a 15% restocking fee will apply once the item has been shipped and received.
International Shipping
We do offer international shipping to some destinations. To place an international order, please contact us directly for assistance with rates and shipping methods. Important details for international orders include:
- Customs Duties and Fees: International orders may be subject to additional fees such as import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and customs clearance costs. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs.
- Refused Shipments: Should an international order be refused due to unpaid duties or fees, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Additional Notes
- If a product is damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the carrier immediately, retaining the original packaging for inspection.
- For undeliverable packages returned to us, additional shipping costs will apply if you wish to have the package re-shipped. Please contact us to arrange for re-shipment.
